Rich Laudisi is a second-generation construction professional whose career has touched all aspects of the construction industry. Mr. Laudisi arrived at LeChase in 2001 to concentrate primarily on Industrial accounts.

Before LeChase, he was the Vice President and Partner of Ancoma, Inc., a mechanical contractor headquartered in Rochester, New York that provided commercial HVAC, refrigeration, process piping, plumbing, fire protection and control systems.

Mr. Laudisi has worked on a wide array of projects with clients such as Xerox, Gleason, Corning, Bausch and Lomb and Johnson & Johnson OCD.  He is currently in the process of completing a four-year $200 million Program for Eastman Kodak.

Mr. Laudisi was recently named Vice President of Corporate Controls and Construction Operations, and is charged with achieving consistency in all aspects of our operation across all regional offices.  He will also lead our Risk Management Group through its next level of development.

Mr. Laudisi graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
