William H. Goodrich
President and Chief Executive Officer

In 2007, Bill Goodrich was appointed Chief Executive Officer of LeChase Construction. He was appointed President in 2002. Mr. Goodrich has been an integral member of the LeChase organization since 1985. In his present role, he is responsible for setting and defining the vision and culture of the organization, managing the day to day operations, promoting a safe work environment, fostering business opportunities and maintaining the core ideologies and philosophies of the organization.

Mr. Goodrich has been instrumental in the ongoing geographic expansion of the organization, most recently with the acquisition of C.C. Woods in Durham, North Carolina in November 2005.

Mr. Goodrich is a strong promoter of core ideologies and philosophies that embody LeChase: safety, social responsibility, customer focus, accountability, excellence, diversity, fiduciary responsibility, opportunity/growth, promoting family and integrity. He leads the organization to focus every day on a common goal – a commitment to building strong partnerships with LeChase’s customers, employees and communities through safety, quality, innovation and values.

Prior to LeChase, Mr. Goodrich was a project manager for Construction Advisors East, Inc. He was also an assistant project manager for John P. Bell & Son, Inc. early in his construction career.

Mr. Goodrich is involved heavily in multiple affiliations regionally and nationally. He is an active board member of several organizations including Nazareth Academy School, Junior Achievement, Boy Scouts of America, General Building Contractors (GBC) and Rochester Downtown Development Corporation (RDDC). In addition, he is a member of the AACE and American General Contractors (AGC). His past involvement has included the March of Dimes, United Way, and speaking engagements at Keuka College, TEC and Builders Exchange.

Mr. Goodrich’s education includes business studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo, a B.S. in Business from Roberts Wesleyan College and an A.A.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from the State University of New York, Alfred’s Agricultural and Technology College.
