Lyle Corey is a career construction professional with thirty four years of construction experience. His extensive background in all phases of building construction brings invaluable knowledge to each project that he touches.

Mr. Corey has been an integral part of the LeChase team since he started in 1986 as a vice president of construction management. In 1995, he was promoted to senior vice president and named a principal in 2002.

His prior experience includes acting as project manager for John B. Pike and Son as well as LeCesse Corporation.

Mr. Corey specializes in building for the higher education, K-12 and county/city markets. His wide array of completed projects includes buildings for clients such as Binghamton University, University of Rochester, Monroe County Jail, Victor Central School, Seneca Park Zoo and the Greater Rochester International Airport.

Mr. Corey is honored to be involved in several affiliations in the community including the Board of Review for the City of Rochester and the Town of Victor Planning Board. He in also on the Board of Directors for Kids Adjusting Through Support, the American Red Cross and the Serenity House Hospice in Victor, NY. He also serves as the president of the Keuka College Storm Watchers athletic booster club.

Mr. Corey holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the State University of New York at Alfred.
