As Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for LeChase, Caranci's primary focus will be to assist in corporate strategic initiatives and provide financial oversight relative to the continued growth of the organization.

Previously, Caranci was a partner and co-founder of BC Consulting Group, and supported LeChase with financial and business operations consulting services. Before that he served as the VP and Controller for Fluor Corporation's Industrial and Infrastructure Group where he was responsible for oversight of world-wide financial operations which exceeded $5 Billion dollars in backlog. Prior to that Chuck was CFO of ADP Marshall, Inc., which was eventually acquired by Fluor.

He has nearly 20 years of construction industry experience in financial management and reporting, project controls, treasury operations, tax planning and information systems. He also has extensive experience with Surety Default Programs, joint ventures, and numerous business acquisitions.

Caranci holds a BS in Business Administration from Bryant University, and completed various Graduate-level coursework at both Bryant and the Thunderbird Graduate School of Management. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Construction Financial Management Association, and is active in a variety of other business, civic, and professional organizations.
