Rick Brienzi was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LeChase Construction in 1999. Mr. Brienzi possesses extensive knowledge of the construction and real estate industries and their financial reporting requirements. In his current role, he oversees financial systems together with Human Resources, Contract and Insurance Administration and Information Technologies for LeChase.

Previous to his entrance to LeChase, Mr. Brienzi was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Essex Investment Group. Earlier in his career, he acted as the Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for The DiMarco Group of Companies, a construction real estate management and development company.

Mr. Brienzi is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New York and was a Senior Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand for several years.

Mr. Brienzi is past president and a current board member of the Greater Rochester New York Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). He is also a board member of several organizations including CFMA, the American Contractors Insurance Group (ACIG) and the Accounting & Management Advisory Board of St. John Fisher College. Mr. Brienzi is also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the Audit Committee of the Catholic Family Center.

Mr. Brienzi holds a B.S. in Accounting/Finance from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York.
