Ron Balcerzak plays a key role in helping LeChase service our clients better, even before the actual construction begins. Mr. Balcerzak has been an important part of LeChase’s estimating and preconstruction team since 2000, when he entered the organization as vice president.

Prior to LeChase, Mr. Balcerzak was the chief estimator/manager of preconstruction services for Ciminelli-Cowper Co. Inc. in Buffalo, New York. Early in his career, Mr. Balcerzak worked for his family business of Frank J. Balcerzak & Son Co. Inc.

Mr. Balcerzak’s extensive background in estimating and preconstruction services gives him the keen ability to evaluate projects upfront, making the project process go smoothly from start to finish. His experience includes work with clients such as Turning Stone Casino, St. John Fisher College, Buffalo Bills Field House, Mercy Hospital, Buffalo General Hospital and Shea’s Performing Arts Center.

Mr. Balcerzak holds an A.A.S. in Architectural Technology from the State University of New York at Delhi.
