Rick Allen is a construction professional with over 20 years of experience in overseeing the project management of design/build and construction management “turn-key” projects which require aggressive scheduling, renovations, concrete and masonry restoration and build-outs of existing spaces. Mr. Allen joined LeChase in 1985, and was promoted to vice president in 2005.
Mr. Allen has managed a wide array of construction projects for clients in the industrial, telecommunications, healthcare, commercial/retail and non-profit markets. Just a sampling of these clients includes Choice One Communications, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Veterans Outreach Center, Open Door Mission, ABVI, General Motors, Valeo, Coca-Cola, Unity Health System, Frontier, Borders Books, KeyBank, CitiBank, Tops Market and Irondequoit, Marketplace and EastView Malls. He has also lent his expertise on a number of buildings in the higher education market including St. John Fisher College, Syracuse University, Rochester Institute of Technology, Nazareth College and Buffalo State.
Mr. Allen’s education includes a B.T. in Civil Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He also has an A.A.S. in Mechanical Technology from Morrisville State College, part of the State University of New York and has completed coursework in Optical Engineering at Monroe Community College.
Mr. Allen grew up in the City of Rochester and now lives in the town of Livonia with his wife and his three children.
